Prof HY William Chan is an architect, co-founder of Climate Action Week Sydney and City of Sydney councillor. A first-generation migrant, he champions sustainable city making and community empowerment, earning recognition from Forbes and Qantas as a leading advocate for climate action and innovation. He was a 2020 NSW Young Australian of the Year finalist and former UNICEF Young Ambassador.
